‘Big Beryl’ is certainly not shy, standing out among other beefsteaks, she is as large as she is stunning. An early beefsteak variety with an abundant yield, the striped fruit almost glow gold and red when ripe, revealing a vortex of colour when sliced and served atop your favourite crispbread with just a sprinkling of salt and pepper.
