Antoni Gaudi started off as a swimwear designer making handmade mosaic swimsuits. Business wasn’t too good when customers drowned wearing the heavy suits in the water. The setback was a blessing in disguise as Gaudi moved onto bigger projects but a pair of his original mosaic trunks can still be seen drying on a spire of the Sagrada Familia.
